钢筋混凝土蜂巢芯楼盖与密肋楼盖试验对比研究

[摘要]进行了大比例尺蜂巢芯楼盖与密肋楼盖的模型试验对比研究。分别制作了尺寸、支承条件、混凝土强度等级及配筋都完全相同的两种楼盖试验模型,进行破坏性加载试验。研究表明,加载过程中蜂巢芯内模与混凝土粘结良好、楼盖整体性良好,内模的存在也在一定程度上改善了楼盖的受力性能,使蜂巢芯楼盖的刚度比密肋楼盖的大,且弹性阶段的内力比密肋楼盖的小,极限承载力也比密肋楼盖的大,证明其受力性能优越。由于蜂巢芯楼盖施工简便,其在工程中有广阔的应用前景。

Contrast test study on reinforced concrete honeycombed-core floor and reinforced concrete multi-ribbed floor

Abstract:Large-scale honeycombed-core floor and multi-ribbed floor models experiment contrast research had been done. The sizes, supporting condition, concrete strength gradation and distributed steel of honeycombed-core floor and multi-ribbed floor were all same. Then destructive load test was done. The experiment results show that the honeycombed-core modules and concrete are perfect bonding and the entirety of honeycombed-core floor is good. The honeycombed-core modules inside the floor can improve the structural behavior. The rigidity of honeycombed-core floor is bigger than that of multi-ribbed floor. The elastic internal force of honeycombed-core floor is smaller than that of multi-ribbed floor. And the bearing capacity of honeycombed-core floor is higher than that of multi-ribbed floor. It indicates the superiority of honeycombed-core floor. Because the honeycombed-core floor is easy to construct, it has good application foreground.
