方钢管混凝土柱穿心高强螺栓-端板节点抗剪承载力研究

[摘要]根据试验和理论研究成果,对方钢管混凝土柱穿心高强螺栓-端板节点核心区的受力机理进行了分析,建立了节点核心区的受力模型和屈服机制,推导了节点核心区的抗剪承载力计算公式。公式不仅考虑了螺栓和柱轴力对节点核心区实际受力状态的影响,而且考虑了钢管对混凝土的约束作用。用推导的公式计算了3个方钢管混凝土柱穿心高强螺栓-端板节点试验模型节点区的抗剪承载力,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。

Study on shear-carrying capacity of through high strength bolts-end plate connection for concrete filled square steel tube column

Abstract:According to theoretical analysis and test results, the mechanism of force transfer in panel zone was analyzed, and a mechanical model was established in order to derive theoretical equations for calculating the yielding shear strength and the ultimate shear strength of the panel zone. The formulas not only take into account the effect of high strength bolts and axial compressive force of column, but also the restriction provided by steel tube for concrete. The formulas were used to calculate the shear-carrying capacity of the panel zone of three specimens, and the results computed by presented formulas agreed well with experiments data.
