广州2010年亚运会排球馆大跨预应力箱梁设计

[摘要]给出了2010年广州亚运会排球馆预应力大梁的布置,定量比较了相距3m的两榀框架梁底设板连成箱形截面前、后,两根大梁竖向变形的均匀性、大梁的侧向变形、大梁两侧有高差且不等跨次梁的竖向变形、梁端负弯矩等变化。针对大梁长跨与短跨相连时短跨范围内负弯矩迅速衰减以及短跨内曲线预应力筋摩擦损失大的情况,给出了该大梁预应力筋线型的布置方案。同时给出了预应力大梁的材料及工艺选择,预应力筋的选配,非预应力筋的确定,大梁裂缝、挠度验算等计算分析的过程。

Design of the large-span prestressed box beam of volleyball gymnasium for Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games

Abstract:Laying-out of the prestressed girders of the volleyball gymnasium  for Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games was presented. Whether or not joining up two girders of the two frame whose distance being 3 meters to box with slab at bottom of the girders, it was quantitatively compared that the diversity of vertical and horizontal deformation of the two girders, vertical deformation and negative moment of unequal spans secondary beams on the different height at each side of the girders and so on. For reducing rapidly of moment at short span continuing to long span of girder and friction loss of curvaceous prestressing tendon being big, profile of prestressing tendon in the girder was given. At the same time, calculation and analysis processes for the girder of material and prestressing technics selection, determining of prestressing tendon and nonprestressing reinforcement, checking for crack and deflection etc. were given.
