高层住宅结构选型和优化设计

[摘要]高层住宅的结构选型对其用钢量有直接影响。2533(高度接近100m)的高层住宅,采用剪力墙结构体系比采用框架-剪力墙结构体系的用钢量低,且抗震性能比后者的更好。应对剪力墙进行合理布置及优化设计,优化设计后,结构安全度不应降低,剪力墙具有更好的延性和抗震耗能能力,且用钢量较低。采用相关的设计实例进行说明,对高层住宅设计具有广泛的适用性和现实指导意义。

Abstract:The structural system selection of the high-rise residential building will directly influence the consumption per square meter of reinforcement. The high-rise residential building of 2533 layers(about 100m in height)which the shear wall structural system is applied to, will more easily obtain lower consumption per square meter of reinforcement than the building which the frame-shear wall structural system is applied to, while the shear wall structures show better earthquake-resistant behaviors than the frame-shear wall stru
