[摘要]针对某复杂高层钢框架-核心筒结构体系进行了结构设计与验算分析,介绍了工程上部结构和地基基础概念设计的基本原则,给出了结构的抗震性能目标,分别采用ETABS和ABAQUS软件对结构进行了多遇和罕遇地震作用下的反应分析,对比分析了结构不同方向在不同地震动作用下的位移和内力响应,并提出了结构超限设计的处理措施。分析结果表明,概念设计对于高层结构方案的合理、有效选取是非常重要的;宜对结构中上部薄弱部位采取加强处理措施;加强层的合理布置有利于减小结构变形、提高结构的抗震性能;动力弹塑性分析可有效、准确地反映结构薄弱部位,进而有针对性地采取相应的抗震加强措施。

Structural design and analysis of a complex high-rise building

Abstract:Structural design and checking calculation of a complex high-rise building with steel frame-core tube were studied. The basic principles of conceptual design of up-structure and sub-structure were introduced. Performance targets of seismic resistant design were proposed. ETABS and ABAQUS were used to analyze the structural responses under frequent and rare earthquakes. The displacement and inter-force responses of the structure were researched comparatively under different earthquakes. Some corresponding ultra-limit design instructions were proposed for the building. The result shows that the conceptual design is very important for the rational and effective selection of structural plan. It’s very necessary for designer to take some strengthen measures for structural weak areas. The rational location of strengthen stories is very useful for decreasing structural deformation and increasing structural earthquake-resistance performance. The weak areas of the structure can be found by dynamic elastic-plastic analysis and then some strengthen measures can be taken in a targeted manner.
