[摘要]介绍了某高层钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构设计,包括地下室托换结构设计、上部结构设计、沉降观测等。由于地铁通道从该建筑物底部穿越,故地下室采用了利用整层高度来受力的托换结构。整体结构分析结果表明托换前后结构特性变化不大,沉降观测结果表明采用了托换结构后整体结构沉降均匀。

Design of a high-rise frame-shear wall structure with the underpinning structure at basement

Abstract:Design of a high-rise reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure was presented, which includes the underpinning structure design at basement, the upper structure design and the settlement observation. Because the subway tunnel will pass through the bottom of the building, the underpinning structure which utilizing the whole storey for bearing structure was used at the basement. The structural analysis shows that the underpinning structure behaviors are similar with the original structure. The observation shows that the settlement of the structure with the underpinning structure is uniform.
