钢丝网架水泥细石夹芯板水平承载力试验研究及简化计算方法

[摘要]对钢丝网架水泥细石夹芯板的水平承载力进行了试验研究。通过对4个不同的试验构件进行往复加载试验,考察了开洞及连接构造对板材受力性能及破坏模式的影响。试验结果表明,在连接构造可靠的情况下,钢丝网架水泥细石夹芯板可充分发挥水平承载力,具有较好的受力性能。最后在试验基础上提出了钢丝网架水泥细石夹芯板的水平承载力及初始刚度的简化计算方法。

Experimental study and simplified calculation method of prefabricated steel-mesh cement infilled panels

Abstract:Experiment study on load capacity of the prefabricated steel-mesh cement infilled panels was presented. Through the cyclic loading test on 4 specimens, effects of hole and connection details on the panels mechanical behavior and failure mode had been studied. The experimental results suggest that if the connection details are reliable, the prefabricated steel-mesh cement infilled panels can provide satisfied load capacity. Based on the experimental results, a simplified calculation method to calculate the load capacity and initial stiffness of the prefabricated steel-mesh cement infilled panels was proposed.
