SAP2000和YJK在筒仓结构分析和设计中的应用

[摘要]采用SAP2000和YJK对某22m直径的熟料库筒仓结构进行了分析和设计,校核了两款软件的分析结果,保证了计算模型的精度。并结合筒仓结构设计规范对比了贮料荷载、内外温差及季节温差对仓壁内力的影响,分析结果表明,内外温差会对仓壁产生较大的环向力和竖向弯矩,设计时应充分考虑。对比分析表明,在同样的内外温差作用下,仓壁越薄,仓壁所受环向力及竖向弯矩越小,故在内外温差较大的筒仓结构设计中应适当控制壁厚。

Application of SAP2000 and YJK in analysis and design of silo structure

Abstract: A 22m diameter clinker silo was analyzed and designed with the SAP2000 and YJK, the two calculation results were checked to ensure the accuracy of the model. The internal force of the silo wall was studied under the action of the stored material load and temperature load in combination with the code of reinforced concrete silos. The results show that the differential temperature change would have bigger effects to the hoop force and vertical bending moment, it should be paid more attention in the design. Analysis also shows that internal forces caused by temperature change are directly related with the thickness of silo wall, the wall thickness should be controlled if the differential temperature change is large.
