[摘要]基于ANSYS开发了加油站网架结构验算分析程序,经对比分析验证了该程序计算结果的合理性。利用该程序通过简单地输入网架结构的基本几何尺寸,即可快速地、完全自动化地建立有限元分析模型。该程序具备良好的后处理功能,在网架计算分析完成后,程序可自动以不同颜色显示受压和受拉承载力不足的杆件,可视化地将分析结果展现给分析人员,提高工作效率。该程序适合于检测过程中的验算分析工作。

An analysis program code based on ANSYS for inspecting space trusses in gas station

Abstract: An analysis program code based on ANSYS is presented for inspecting space trusses which are located in gas stations. Through comparison and analysis, the rationality of this code was verified. Based on this code, finite element model of space trusses can be created rapidly and automatically. And this code has a wonderful post-processing function. After completion of the grid calculation and analysis, the grid bar with insufficient bearing capacity can be displayed with different color for bearing bar and tensile bar separately. Work efficiency can be improved after the analysis result is presented to analyst. The code is suitable for inspecting calculating analysis in the process of inspecting work.
