胶带运输机机罩风压特性风洞试验研究*

[摘要]通过刚性模型测压风洞试验测量了钢铁厂用于运输矿石等原材料的胶带运输机机罩在不同倾角工况下的表面风压时程,研究了内部节段和端部节段的平均风压、脉动风压和最不利风压分布规律。试验结果表明,内部节段和端部节段的平均风压和脉动风压分布具有一定的相似性。风向角对模型平均风压和脉动风压分布具有比较显著的影响,机罩倾角对其影响较小。端部节段的开口效应和三维绕流特性使其平均风压、脉动风压和最不利风压分布较内部节段具有显著的差异。端部节段的最不利风压系数较内部节段显著不利,最不利正负风压系数最大值分别是内部节段相应值的1.5倍和2.7倍。

Wind tunnel test for wind pressure characteristics on hood of belt conveyor

Abstract: Based on the wind tunnel test for the hood of belt conveyor, which is used to convey ores for steel plants, wind pressure measurements were carried out on various hood inclination angles. Mean and RMS pressure as well as the most unfavorable pressure distributions on both middle section and end section were studied. It was found that the mean and RMS pressure distributions show some similarities. Wind direction has significant effect on mean and RMS pressure distributions, and hood inclination angle has little effect on them. The mean and RMS pressure as well as the most unfavorable pressure distributions on end section are obviously different from middle section, as a result of end section′s aperture effect and its three dimensional flow characteristic. The former′s most unfavorable wind pressure coefficients are much more unfavorable than the latter′s. The most unfavorable positive and negative wind pressure coefficients on end section are 1.5 times and 2.7 times as larger as on middle section, respectively.
