［摘要］针对西南农村传统穿斗木住宅因地震破坏影响、年久失修等原因造成的房屋整体结构损坏、承重构件腐蚀与开裂等现象，对广元市旺苍县高阳镇关山村的穿斗式木结构农房进行实地调查，统计其所占比例、破坏形式及危险点，依据《农村住房危险性鉴定标准》（JGJ/T 363—2014），利用层次分析法对其进行定性及定量的危险等级鉴定，得出各危险等级房屋所占的比例，并提出相关加固改造建议。

Survey on housing in Guanshan village and risk status identification

Abstract: Aiming at the destroy of column and tie wooden farmhouse located in southwest rural region due to earthquake and being for long years out of repair, the field investigation on these farmhouses in Guanshan village of Wangcang town in Guangyuan city of Sichuan province were made. After that, the proportion of them in the area, the destructional form and dangerous points were confirmed . Based on the standard of rural housing risk (JGJ/T 363—2014) and analytic hierarchy process (ahp) for qualitative and quantitative  risk level appraisal, different proportions of houses in each risk level were concluded. Also, suggestions on reinforce and reform were put forward especially for the destruction of such farmhouses.
