[摘要]由于建造年代较早,不少既有建筑的楼屋盖预制板整体性较差,在历次地震中已经造成了大量的人员伤亡和财产损失。尽管国家现行建筑抗震设计规范、建筑抗震鉴定标准和标准图集对预制装配式楼屋盖整体性连接有明确的规定和具体的构造做法,但现行检测规范缺乏相应的检测要求,相关的问题在检测报告中并没有得到应有的体现,导致后续的鉴定和加固设计环节出现疏漏,这应当引起有关技术人员的重视。本文通过总结分析抗震鉴定与加固工程中常见的楼板问题,提出了改进建议。

Research on precast slab of existing building in seismic evaluation and strengthening

Abstract: The integrity of precast slab is adverse,and it caused a large number of casualties and economic loss in previous earthquake.Though the integrity of precast slab is demanded definitely by Code for seismic design of buildings and standard for seismic appraisal of buildings, structure and construction method is showed by Standard Atlas, there is no corresponding requirement and detection method by Technical standard for inspection of building structure. Thus it caused that the problem of precast slab integrity is concealed, and great attention should be paid to the problem of precast slab by civil engineer. The problem of integrity of precast slab was analyzed in seismic evaluation and strengthening of existing buildings, and improvement measures were put forward.
