［摘要］目前存在较多的深基坑因种种原因处于停工状态，使用时间超过了设计期限，从而造成较大的安全隐患。针对北京地区的超过设计期限后的既有深基坑，阐述了如何进行检测鉴定分析以保证后续工程的顺利进行，希望对类似深基坑工程的检测鉴定及加固处理有借鉴作用。

Detection and analysis of existing deep foundation pit extended using in Beijing

Abstract： Currently there are more deep foundation pits exceeded the design working life due to various reasons, which results of greater security risks. For ensuring the smooth progress of the follow-up project, how to detect and analysis the deep foundation pits exceeded using in Beijing Region was explained, and provides a reference for treating similar engineering.
