某结构地下室加固工程实例

[摘要]地下室上浮往往会对结构和结构构件造成破坏。介绍了一例因地下室上浮而导致结构构件发生破坏和产生裂缝的工程事故,分析了事故原因,提出了解决方案。并就破坏的结构构件提出了加固方法,同时详细分析了柱置换混凝土加固时荷载传递路径并详述了施工步骤,可为处理类似工程事故提供参考。

A case of basement structure reinforcement design

Abstract: Structures and structural members will be damaged seriously when basement rises up before the completion of the construction project. An engineering accident case whose structural members were cracked because of the floated basement were presented, the accident reason was analyzed and the related treatment scheme was proposed to solve this problem. In addition, the reinforcement measures of cracked structural members were carried out, the load path and construction procedures of columns concrete-replacing method were also discussed in this paper, which may offer some references to other similar engineering accidents.
