［摘要］以某校综合楼加层改建设计为例，论证了框架结构房屋加层改建工程的三种常见方法，引入一种有效的混合结构梁柱节点连接方式。经设计、计算、施工证明，此加层方法简单易行、工期缩短、效益明显，对同类工程的加层有借鉴意义。

Steel frame structure rebuilding design example

Abstract: Taking a school add complex layer reconstruction design as an example, three common methods of the frame structure housing renovation engineering were demonstrated, an effective hybrid structure beam-column joints connecting method was introduced. The design, calculation and construction prove that this method is simple, the construction period has shortened and the benefit is obvious, it will be useful to add layer for similar projects.
