[摘要]某剪力墙结构工程原设计为29层,因建筑物使用需求的改变,另新增加一层剪力墙结构层后变为30层。该工程已施工完成,针对现状对整体结构进行复核验算,并考虑使用要求、施工条件、成本等其他因素,确定了采用包钢加固约束边缘构件以及采用粘贴碳纤维布加固连梁的设计方案。不仅满足了结构安全使用,而且在施工方面也取得了较好的效益,可供类似加固设计参考。

Strengthening design of a shear wall structure

Abstract: The project is originally designed for shear wall structure with twenty-nine floors. Due to the changes in demand for use, the building was constructed with a new additional layer into 30 layers and has been constructed. According to the status, the reinforcement methods were determined by checking the whole structure and some other factors such as requirements, construction conditions, cost and some other factors. Boundary elements and coupling beams are reinforced by external steel and CFRP respectively. The results satisfy safe use of structure and achieve good benefits and will supply references for similar reinforcement design.
