[摘要]通过对哈尔滨某多层商业建筑的加固改造设计,最大限度地满足了建筑布局改变的要求,实现了建筑项目利益的最大化。通过分析原结构存在的缺陷,结合改建目标,从结构体系的合理性及加固的可行性出发,根据构件的受力特性,分别采用加大截面、粘贴钢板及钢筋植筋等方法进行加固。采用堆载法进行基础加固。对以后相似工程的加固设计起参考作用。

Strengthening and reconstruction design of a commercial building in Harbin

Abstract: The strengthening and reconstruction design of a multi-storey commercial building in Harbin immensely meets the demand of the architectural layout’s change and maximize the interest of construction project. By analyzing the defect of the past structure, complying with the reconstruction target, base on the rationality of the structure system and the feasibility of the strengthening, according to the stress characteristics of components, the strengthening and reconstruction respectively by the way of enlarging section, pasting steel plate and reinforced bar and so on were adopted. Stack method was adopted to make the foundation strengthening.It plays a role of reference for the similar strengthening designin the future.
