[摘要]上海某区间隧道穿越-1400mm上水管,通过优化切口水压、推进速度、纠偏量、泥水性能、干砂量、同步注浆和二次补浆等施工参数,盾构穿越后上水管累积沉降量控制在±10mm以内,为类似工程提供了借鉴。

Construction control of the tunnel shield in complex stratum which cross the water-supply line

Abstract: Shanghai subway tunnel crossing -1400mm water-supply line, through optimizing the cut pressure, driving speed, deviation, slurry quantity, dry sand content, synchronous grouting and secondary grouting quantity, pipe subsidence has be controlled at about 10 mm after shield crossing, this will be a reference for similar project.
