[摘要]盾构法因其适应性强、施工质量好和对环境干扰小等诸多优势在城市地下空间开发中得到了广泛的应用,但由于盾构隧道衬砌是由管片拼装而成的装配式结构,其整体性要劣于整体式衬砌。为考察盾构隧道的抗爆动力性能,利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立了考虑管片与管片间、管片螺栓间、管片与土体接触以及钢筋与混凝土耦合的有限元模型,以典型的地铁区间盾构隧道为例,分析了爆炸对盾构隧道结构的破坏作用机理,研究了管片以及连接螺栓的破坏特性。研究结果可为盾构隧道结构防护设计提供参考。

Numerical analysis on dynamic response of shield tunnel under explosion loadings

Abstract: The shield method has been widely involved in the exploring of urban underground space because its advantages such as good adaptability to foundation conditions, good construction quality and environmental friendly. However, due to the tunnel lined by prefabricated elements, its integrity is inferior to integral structures. In order to investigate the dynamic performance of prefabricated lining, numerical model was built by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, in which several factors were considered, including the interaction between duct pieces, duct piece and bolts, structure and soils, concrete and reinforcement. The characteristics and mechanism of dynamic response of typical metro section were studied, which is very beneficial for the protective design of shield tunnels.
