[提要]概述了某高层建筑地基土中存在较厚的淤泥质粉质黏土层,设计和施工采用了水泥土搅拌桩进行地基处理,在建造过程中,地基产生较大的压缩变形、上部结构产生较大的倾斜且无稳定趋势等情况。分析了地基压缩变形和上部结构倾斜产生和发展的特点、水泥土搅拌桩成桩质量等,得出了本工程地基基础设计的概念性失误、选取了不适合地基基础方案是地基过量变形的主要原因等结论。

Cause analysis of excessive deformation for a high-rise building with soft soil foundation

Abstract: Thick layer of silt clay exists in foundation soil of a high-rise building was summarized. Composite foundation with cement deep mixed columns were used in ground treatment, foundation excessive deformation and building inclination has been found in the construction process, and no stability trend. The characteristics of foundation deformation and building inclination and quality of cement deep mixed columns were analyzed. The results show that, wrong conceptual design and unsuitable foundation design scheme lead to the excessive deformation of foundation soil.
