软弱地基上工业建筑基础选型

[摘要]宁波地区地质软弱,由于场地土沉陷无法避免,引起墙面开裂及地坪不均匀沉降,工程完工后业主仍需要定期保养、修护。因此,在工程设计初期应预先考虑对策,减小不均匀沉降带来的危害。针对宁波工业厂区典型建筑物、构筑物基础和地坪特性,提出如下对策:1)对载重较大或设备有精度要求的建筑物,优先采用筏板基础及桩基础,其次选择地质改良;2)大型储罐基础优先采用桩基础,中小储罐基础宜选用环梁基础;3)对内部仓储及运输有严格要求的大型仓库优先采用桩基础;4)对中央控制室地坪,即有美观及操作要求,又不易于修补者,宜采用桩基础及结构地坪。

Foundation selection of industrial buildings on soft soil

Abstract: The crack of wall and different settlement of ground floor for buildings and structures is inevitable due to the subsidence and deformation of the soft soil stratum in Ningbo. Owners still have to regular maintain and repair after project completion. Therefore, the countermeasures should be taken into account in advance at the beginning of design, to reduce the damage done by the different settlement. For the characteristic of foundation or pavement of typical industrial factory buildings, structures and site soil, the countermeasures were pointed out as below: 1) For building having heavy loading or having high request of equipment precision, mat foundation or pile foundation shall be highly preferable to soil improvement; 2) For large tank, pile foundation is a prior selection; for medium and small tank,circle beam foundation is better; 3)For large warehouse with high request of storage and transportation, pile foundation is a prior selection; 4)For central control room with both beautiful and operational requirements, and difficult to repair, piling foundation and structural floor shall be better.
