规程CECS102:2002的三个设计计算问题及其解决办法

[摘要]就《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》(CECS1022002)的应用提出以下设计计算中的问题及其解决方法:冷弯薄壁型钢檩条的强度验算公式引用现行规范GB500182002,没有考虑蒙皮效应的影响,而风吸力作用下整体稳定验算公式引用欧共体规范EC3的计算模式,考虑了蒙皮效应的影响,在少设拉条的情况下会得到悖理的计算结果,这两者的计算公式应统一配套考虑蒙皮效应的作用;在计算有效截面时,冷弯薄壁型钢构件卷边翼缘的屈曲系数取值偏小,应根据卷边的相对刚度加以提高可得到更合理的、较大一些的有效截面;隅撑-檩条能否作为屋面梁平面外完全的支承条件取决两者的相对刚度,通过计算隅撑-檩条体系下主构件的临界弯矩可得到屋面梁平面外合理的计算长度。

Three problems and suggestions of the design on the specification CECS1022002

Abstract: The problems and suggestions of the design based on the specification CECS102: 2002 were put forward. Firstly, the strength checking of cold formed purlin without diaphragm effect according to present code GB50018—2002 is in contradiction with its buckling checking by wind uplift with diaphragm effect according to Europen community code EC3, which should be unified by diaphragm effect. Secondly, when calculating effective sections, the buckling coefficient of cold formed lipped flange is somewhat too small and should be increased to get a more reasonable and more large effective sections according to the lip rigidity.
