［摘要］工程位于安哥拉罗安达新国际机场内，各单体建筑均处于湿陷性砂土地基。对其中的航空公司办公楼的地基基础设计进行了介绍，由于直接采用不经处理的砂土作为地基，具有较高风险，但国内还未有湿陷性砂土规范，所以本文对湿陷性砂土地基采用换填垫层法是如何处理的给出几点建议。

Foundation design of collapsible sand ground in Luanda, Angola

Abstract: The project is located at the New Luanda International Airport in Angola and all individual buildings were constructed on the collapsible sand ground. The foundation design of airline office building, one individual building of the project, has been introduced specifically. Because it is risky to construct the office building on the collapsible sand ground directly and there is no domestic design codes of the relevant area, replacement cushion method has been used in the design of the office building foundation. Some suggestions in terms of the foundation design of collapsible sand ground have been also provided.
