[摘要]大面积的整体地下室上方,通常布置有高度、层数相差较多的不同建筑物。对应不同的建筑物,如果其下方的基底压力相差较多,就要求采用不同的地基方案,以满足不同的承载力和差异沉降要求。本文的工程实例中,大面积地下车库上方布置有近百米的高层塔楼和50m高的板式小高层,在地下室对应的不同部位分别采用了天然地基、灌注桩基和复合桩基(CFG桩)。对于灌注桩和CFG桩,根据相关的规范方法进行了沉降量估算;同时给出了程序的协同变形计算结果。提出沉降分析时要重视相邻区域沉降观测数据的参考作用。

Foundation design for buildings with different heights on one large basement

Abstract: For one large basement, usually several buildings were laid above. Corresponding to the upper buildings, the earth pressures are different beneath the basement, and different foundation designs are required to satisfy the bearing capacities and building deformations. In the foundation design presented in this paper, several residential buildings with the heights of 100m and 50m were laid above a large underground garage. Soil foundation was designed for the underground garage, while pile foundation and composite pile (CFG piles) foundation were designed for the 100m and 50m high buildings respectively. For the pile and the composite pile foundations, settlements were calculated based on the procedures given by the codes; while the interactive deformation analysis of the whole base was also performed. It was emphasized that the settlement record data of the other buildings in the neighboring areas are very useful to the settlement analysis.
