[摘要] 针对采用大直径随钻跟管桩工法施工的管桩桩头是否需要加套箍的问题进行了详细探讨,分别从桩头开裂弯矩、抗拉力、夹持力几个方面进行了综合分析。提出了有套箍大直径PHC管桩桩头的正截面开裂弯矩计算公式和抗拉力计算公式,表明在大直径随钻跟管桩设计制作中取消套箍是切实可行的。

Influence analysis of drilling with large diameter pipe pile′s ferrule on the pile head quality

Abstract: The problem whether need pile ferrule on the pile head constructed by the method of drilling with large diameter pipe pile was discussed in detail. A comprehensive analysis was conducted from several aspects of the pile head′s cracking moment, tensile strength, the clamping force. The normal section cracking moment calculation formula and tensile strength calculation formula of piles head of large diameter PHC pile with existing pile ferrule were put forward. it is feasible to cancel pile ferrule in the design and production of drilling with large diameter pipe pile.
