[摘要]上海复旦软件园配套项目采用2层整体地下室设计,抗浮设计要求高,原设计设置近2000根直径800mm等截面抗拔桩,桩长约24m。为节省工程量,节约工程造价,现场实际选用直径650mm扩底抗拔桩,并在现场进行多次扩孔机具的试验改良,最终得到良好的成桩效果。桩基静载荷试验表明,在相同桩长条件下,直径650mm扩底抗拔桩具备等同于直径800mm等截面抗拔桩的承载能力。在保证结构设计要求的同时,扩底抗拔桩拥有较好的经济性。

Application of uplift pile with enlarged bottom in Shanghai Fudan Software park supporting project

Abstract: Shanghai Fudan software park supporting project applied a design of two-story basement with a sunken plaza. In order to resist the vast water buoyancy, approximately 2000 tensile piles with diameter of 800mm and length of about 24m were used in the field. With repeated efforts in testing improvement of broaching equipment, the construction quality of a new type base-enlarged tension pile with diameter of 650mm and small extend angle has been ensured. Regarding the results of static load test of pile, base-enlarged tension pile with diameter of 650mm shows a similar bearing characteristic of pile with diameter of 800mm. The new type tension pile has remarkable bearing capacity, meanwhile it is cost saving.
