[摘要]介绍了护坡桩+预应力锚杆支护体系及三轴水泥土搅拌桩在山西太原汾河阶地敏感地层中的应用。通过提高单根锚杆极限承载力减少锚杆道数,进而减小锚杆成孔造成的地层损失;采用液压双动力双套管施工工艺,有效保护孔壁,降低孔壁受冲刷的程度进而减小地层附加沉降;同时采取多重堵漏措施,确保高水位环境下帷幕体系的有效性;通过监测及时指导施工,动态调整施工参数,使敏感建筑物变形始终位于安全变形范围之内。结果证明此种基坑支护技术在灵敏地层中应用的可行性和有效性。

Application of foundation pit support anchor in sensitive environment
of the Fenhe river terraces of Taiyuan

Abstract: The pit support method with pile, prestressed anchor and three-shaft stirring pile used in sensitive soil of the Fenhe river terraces in Taiyuan, Shanxi province was introduced. The number of anchor rows was reduced by improving the ultimate capacity of single anchor to avoid soil loss, and the hydraulic dural-pipe machine was used to protect the borehole and avoid ground settlement. Meanwhile, multi plugging technologies were taken to ensure the effectiveness of curtain wall. The construction parameters were dynamically adjusted according to monitoring results, to ensure the settlement of sensitive buildings within the safety margin. The application of this method turns out to be feasible and effective.
