某核电站泵房边坡支护设计及监测分析

[摘要]采用预应力锚索+腰梁的加固体系对某一级边坡进行支护,建立三维模型,先采用有限元强度折减法对开挖支护前、后的边坡进行分析,得到边坡支护前、后的安全系数,再对开挖完支护后稳定状态的边坡进行静力分析,得到边坡变形、锚索轴力的计算值。进行边坡变形与锚索轴力监测,分析了实测值与计算值的差异。结果表明:锚索+腰梁的支护体系能有效地控制边坡位移和整体稳定性,并且边坡位移变化、锚索轴力变化是有规律的,研究成果可为类似边坡工程的支护设计和施工提供参考。

Support design and monitoring analysis of pump room slope of certain nuclear power plant

Abstract: Adopt prestressed anchor cable and beam to support certain grade I slope, establish three-dimensional model, firstly adopt FEM strength reduction method to analyse no support slope and support slope, get slope safety factor, secondly adopt statics method to analyse excavation and support slope, get the calculation value of slope deformation and axis force of prestressed anchor cable. Monitor slope deformation and axis force of prestressed anchor cable, and analyse the difference of monitoring data and calculation. The result shows that the support system of prestressed anchor cable and beam can effectively control slope deformation and slope stability, and change of slope deformation and axis force is disciplinary. The investigation result can provide reference for support design and construction of analogous slope engineering.
