某地下室上浮处理工程实例

[摘要]分析了某地下室上浮的原因及其构件的破坏机理,采取地下室底板增设预应力岩石锚杆等补救措施,并从实际施工和工程造价上优化抗浮措施的细部节点,多快好省地解决了此次工程事故,使工程得以顺利交付使用。

Project of the uplifting processing of a basement

Abstract: The reasons of a floating basement and the failure mechanism of its members were analyzed. Some remedial measures were taken, such as an additional basement prestressed, rock anchor and so on. The connection details of anti-floatation measures in aspects of the actual construction and project cost were optimized. The engineering accident was solved better and more economical, so that the project can be successfully delivered.
