[摘要]地下室抗浮设计是结构设计的重要内容。传统抗浮设计以“抗”为指导思想,通过设置抗浮锚杆、抗浮桩、配重等提供抗浮需要的抵抗力。但水文地质情况复杂,目前以抗浮水位作为唯一输入条件的被动式抗浮设计,在某些条件下,既可能导致设计偏于保守,又可能对偶发情况预判不足。在对一些已建项目地下室上浮进行处理时,主动式抗浮方法比传统被动式抗浮方法具有显著的工期、成本优势,结合某地下室工程实例,对主、被动抗浮方法进行综合比较,供工程设计人员参考。

Application of active anti-floating technology in basement structure

Abstract: Anti-floating design is important in basement structural design. Traditional idea is ‘resisting’, using anti-floating anchor rod, anti-floating pile and anti-floating counterweight are typical methods in design. But hydrology geology is complex, and by introducing anti-floating water level as the only input, passive anti-floating design method will cause too conservative or too radical. When dealing with some floated basement of building inuse, adopting active anti-floating method has remarkable advantages in time and cost comparing with passive anti-floating method. Active and passive anti-floating method are compared with example of some practical project for reference of engineers.
