[摘要]某医疗建筑位于南京市中心地带,地下3层,施工场地狭小,地下室施工采用逆作法施工。本文简要介绍该工程地下室结构与基坑支护协同设计的结构设计方法,重点介绍钻孔嵌岩灌注桩基础、地下室外墙(地下连续墙)、框架柱(竖向支承体系)、框架梁(水平支撑体系)的结构设计;对桩基的平面布置形式、灌注桩单一桩端后注浆技术、逆作法施工的节点设计与施工方法进行了讨论。

Structural design of a basement used by top-down construction method

Abstract: A medical building located in the central area of Nanjing, there are three floors in the basement of the building, the construction site is narrow, and top-down construction method is applied in the construction process of the basement. The structure design method of the basement structure and the retaining and protecting for foundation excavation was introduced. The structure design of the pile foundation, the basement exterior wall (diaphragm), the column (supporting system), and the beam (bracing system) are mainly introduced. Plane layout of pile foundation, cast-in-place pile post grouting technology, design and construction method of joints used by top-down construction method are discussed.
