风和湿度环境下裂缝宽度对混凝土碳化性能影响试验研究

[摘要]设计和加工了一个能精确控制裂缝宽度的装置,利用此装置采用两次加载的方法,制备了平均裂缝宽度分别为0.1mm、0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm的开裂混凝土试件。在无风潮湿、无风干燥、有风干燥和有风潮湿四种环境下进行开裂混凝土快速碳化试验研究,结果表明,无风潮湿环境下CO2在开裂混凝土中传输速率最大;有风干燥环境下开裂混凝土碳化较慢。裂缝宽度限制应根据环境来选择,潮湿环境下裂缝宽度控制应更加严格;大风干旱环境下裂缝宽度限值可以适当放宽。

Experimental research on the influence of crack width on carbonation of concrete under

 wind and humidity environment condition

Abstract: A device that could precisely control the crack width of concrete was designed and made. The cracked concrete samples with average crack widths of 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, and 0.4mm, respectively, were prepared by the method of loading two times by means of this device. The accelerated carbonation experiment of the cracked concrete samples under the four kinds of environment conditions such as windless and wet, windless and dry, windy and dry, and windy and wet environment condition was done. The experiment results show that, under the windless and wet environment condition the transmission rate of CO2 in the cracked concrete is the greatest among the four kinds of environment conditions, and the rate of carbonation in the cracked concrete was slow down by the wind under the dry environment condition, so restricting crack width should be chosen according to the environment, under the wet environment condition the crack width should be strictly controlled, and under windy and wet environment condition the limit value of crack width could be relaxed appropriately.
