设缝连梁分析方法及应用效果研究

[摘要]双肢或多肢剪力墙通过连梁联系在一起,成为整体的抗侧力结构,具有良好的抗震性能,在实际工程中获得了广泛的应用。由于侧向荷载作用下连梁承受较大的剪力,极易出现剪压比超限的情况,而单纯降低连梁高度虽然会降低截面剪力,但同时也会引起截面抗剪能力的下降,多数情况下效果并不理想。本文按照《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011—2010)第6.4.7条的要求,提出并实现了一种任意多连梁(模拟设缝连梁)的分析设计方法,使小跨高比连梁顺利转化为大跨高比的两根或多根连梁,其破坏形态由剪切破坏变为弯曲破坏,可有效避免剪压比超限的情况。

Research on analysis method and application of slitted coupling wall-beam

Abstract: Multiple shear walls are combined together as a whole lateral force resisting structure by coupling beams. The structure is widely used in building construction, which has a good seismic performance. The coupling beams bear larger shearing force under lateral force, which is easy to occur shear-compression ratio overrunning. Even though reducing beam’s height would reduce shearing force, but it can also cause a decline in the ability of the shear capacity, in most cases the effect is not ideal. According to section 6.4.7 of Seismic design of building (GB 50011—2010), a method of analysis and design with arbitrary multiple coupling beams(simulation with slitted coupling beams) was proposed, so that a high coupling beam can be transformed into multi-coupling beams, meanwhile its failure mode can be changed from shearing failure mode into bending failure mode. The numerical examples used show that this method can effectively avoid shear force overrunning.
