［摘要］结合装配式建筑的特点及各地政策、规范和推进发展意见，就剪力墙体系下的预制率计算及构件选取进行探讨。依据各地政策、法规及惯常做法，探讨了预制构件在项目中的拆分及选择，并根据各地的预制率的计算规则，比较各构件预制率占比及各设计阶段的表达方式。同时，以某设计项目为例，再次探讨了预制率在装配整体式剪力墙结构中的考虑及应用。

Disscussion on the precast rate of monolithic precast concrete shear wall structure

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the Shanghai assembly building, the standard of the local standard and the development of the system, the calculation of the precast rate of the whole shear wall system was discussed. According to the policies, regulations and practices of different provinces, split methods and selection principles of precast components were discussed, and the weight ratio and the expression of the prefabricated rate in several design stages were compared according to the calculation rules in different areas. In addition, the consideration and the application of the prefabricated rate in monolithic precast concrete shear wall structures were discussed based on a design project.
