轻钢密立柱墙体蒙皮效应有限元模拟

摘 要

[摘要]主要研究目前低层民居中正被推广使用的轻钢密立柱墙体的蒙皮效应。通常认为轻钢密立柱钢架是一个非稳定的体系,然而,当立柱表面与墙面板(石膏板及OSB定向刨花板)可靠连接时,墙体形成了一个稳定封闭的结构体系,板可以与轻钢钢架协同工作,并提高结构的整体强度及刚度。考虑墙面板的应力蒙皮效应可使结构设计更加符合真实的受力状态,而且也能提高经济效益。因此考虑应力蒙皮效应具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。在参照相关试验结果的基础上,运用有限元程序ANSYS对应力蒙皮效应采用了数值模拟,并深入分析了蒙皮效应的破坏形态及其工作机理。

Numerical simulation of the stressed skin diaphragm in light-guage steel stud walls

Abstract: It is mainly about the stressed skin diaphragm in light-guage steel stud walls of the low-dwelling-house, which is widely used. In the structure design, light-guage steel frame is an unstable system. While, the sheets (gypsum board and oriented strand board) can work together with the structures if proper connections are made between the sheets and surrounding members, which will increase the strength and stiffness of the whole structure. Considering the influence of stressed skin diaphragm can help the model more accord with the condition of practical structure, which also produces considerable economic advantage. So it is significant and practical to develop the effect of stressed skin diaphragm in light-guage steel stud walls. Adopting numerical model to simulate the stressed skin diaphragm with ANSYS, which is a finite element software, based on the results of exist experiments.
