[摘要]柯桥收费站大跨度罩棚采用刚架结构体系,结构由共五榀大截面实腹箱形刚架组成,刚架跨度85.1m,矢跨比约1/19,跨中高跨比为1/65,刚架柱向外倾斜11°,支承在10个抗震球铰支座上。针对罩棚结构大跨度、低矢跨比、低高跨比等特点,详细介绍了结构设计过程,并着重介绍了整体稳定性能分析、防连续倒塌分析和关键节点分析,可供同类工程设计时参考。

Design of large span steel structure in Keqiao toll station

Abstract: Rigid frame structure system is used in a toll station large-span awning.The steel structure contain five large box-section frame.The span of structure is 85.1m.The rise-span ratio is 1/19.The depth-span ratio of midspan is 1/65.The columns of rigid frame are 11 degrees outward,and them are supported on 10 fixed ball joint bearing.According to the structural features,this paper introduced the design of the steel structure, including the stability analysis, anti-progressive collapse analysis and steel connections analysis. It could be reference for the design of similar project.
