[摘要]结合隔震技术的应用现状以及实际隔震工程设计过程中的关键问题,基于现阶段我国隔震结构设计方法,深入探讨了其中较关键的隔震层设计过程中各步骤的关键点及设计依据,并形成了可指导设计的运行流程。同时,基于该运行流程,结合某高烈度区高层框架-核心筒隔震结构,采用ETABS软件进行了隔震层设计。分析结果表明,布置的隔震层能够充分发挥隔震效果,使隔震结构能够满足初定的降度目标,并能保证在罕遇地震作用下的安全性。案例工程分析结果证明运行流程的合理性,同时也为同类隔震建筑的设计方法及隔震技术的应用提供了参考。

Study on design method of isolation buildings and engineering application

Abstract: Combined with the application status of isolation technology and key problems in the process of engineering design of isolation projects, key points of each step and design basis during the isolation layer design process which is an important design stage of the isolation structure design method in our country at present were thoroughly discussed, and operation process which can guide the design was established. According to this operation process, layer design of a high-rise frame-core tube isolation structure was conducted using ETABS. And the results show that the isolation layer arrangement could fully achieve the isolation effect to meet the initial isolation target and guarantee the safety of the structure under the action of rare earthquake. The results of the project analysis proves the rationality of the operation process, which can also provide references to the design of similar isolation buildings and the application of isolation technology.
