火电厂房结构煤斗基于DTMD及MTMD调谐策略的减震控制分析

[摘要]TMD的减振效果对调谐频率的波动十分敏感,而在实际工程中其频率很难达调谐到最优,这导致其有效性明显降低。有鉴于此,本文立足于双调谐质量阻尼器(DMTD)及多重调谐质量阻尼器(MTMD)研究理论,通过SAP2000软件建立结构整体模型,并采用集中质量的方式模拟煤斗重量,研究了将DTMD、2重TMD、5重TMD调谐策略应用于某大型火电厂房煤斗,由于DTMD在Y向的作用退化为TMD,主要分析其单向(X向)动力反应的减震效果。结果表明,DTMD对结构X向的减震效果优于2重TMD及5重TMD;2重TMD及5重TMD对于结构X向及Y向位移响应均具有一定的减震效果,对于煤斗层及顶层也存在失效情况;罕遇地震作用下,DTMD的残余变形要小于2重TMD和5重TMD。

Control of seismic response for coal bucket in workshop of heat-engine plant 

based on DTMD and MTMD tuning strategy

Abstract: Due to sensitiveness of TMD to frequency fluctuation, it was difficult to obtain the optimal effect. Based on the studies at home and abroad, The study was carried on application of doubly tuned mass damper(DTMD) and multiple tuned mass damper(MTMD) for coal bucket in workshop of heat-engine plant. The structure model was established by SAP2000 software. Due to Y-direction′s effect of structure adopted DTMD strategy is equal to the effect of structure adopted TMD strategy, the X-direction responses of heat-engine plant adopted DTMD and MTMD strategy respectively under small earthquake and large earthquake were presented and compared, and the results of simulation show that DTMD has best effect among the three kinds of control strategies when adopted to control the weak direction of structure, and five tuned mass damper and two tuned mass damper have effects to some extent. The residual deformation for DTMD is less than five tuned mass damper and two tuned mass damper.
