灌芯玻璃纤维石膏墙板轴心受压构件试验研究

[摘要]在玻璃纤维空心石膏板的空腔内浇注混凝土形成的墙板称为灌芯玻璃纤维石膏墙板,该墙板可作为房屋的承重墙。通过对27个混凝土灌芯玻璃纤维石膏墙板受压试件在轴向压力作用下的试验,研究了墙板在轴向压力作用下的受力性能,得到了墙板的破坏机理和承载力,给出了玻璃纤维空心石膏板灌孔后的抗压强度基本指标和混凝土灌芯玻璃纤维石膏墙板轴心受压构件的承载力计算公式,为混凝土灌芯玻璃纤维石膏墙板房屋的结构设计提供了可靠的依据。

Experimental study on concrete-filled glass fiber reinforced gypsum panel axial compressive members

Abstract:The concrete-filled glass fiber reinforced gypsum panel is a kind of panel that the hollow cores inside the glass fiber gypsum panle are filled with concrete. It can be used as bearing wall of the building. Based on the experiment of 27 concrete-filled glass fiber reinforced gypsum panels under axial compressive loading, the bearing performance of the panels were studied. The failure mechanism and bearing capacity of the members were obtained. The compressive strength basic index of the concrete-filled glass fiber reinforced gypsum panel was given. The carrying capacity formula of the members under axial compressive loading was established which provided reliable gist for the structural design of the concrete-filled glass fiber reinforced gypsum panel buildings.
