[摘要]对剪切型软钢阻尼器(SPL)在天津大港阳光家园第三托养康复中心工程中的应用进行了详细介绍。阐述了本工程的结构难点和结构选型原因,介绍了基本设计思路与设计目标。通过引入阻尼器系统,完全实现了建筑造型效果和使用功能的要求,最大限度地提高了建筑有效面积,同时提高了结构整体性能水平,实现了多道设防。

Application of shear panel damper of low-yield-strength steel in an engineering

Abstract: Shear panel damper of low-yield-strength steel (SPL) is used in the project No.3 Rehabilitation Care Centre in Dagang, Tianjin. A detailed description of such application was provided. The difficulties in structural design and the reason behind such choice have been introduced. It also includes objectives and essential design ideas. The demand of architectural style and functionality is met by introducing SPL. It also increases the gross floor area to the maximum as well as improves the overall performance of the structure level to achieve multiple protection.
