软钢阻尼器的设计方法及工程应用研究

[摘要]软钢阻尼器作为优异的消能减震元件,在现代结构的抗震设计中,具有越来越广泛的应用。基于软钢阻尼器的应用和研究现状,根据等值线性分析方法,探讨软钢阻尼器的工程设计方法,并将该方法应用于某商业广场项目塔楼结构的减震设计分析。该塔楼高度为118.9m,框架核心筒结构,临近地铁,在结构设计分析中,需在保证结构具有足够的承载力和良好的经济性能的前提下,对构件截面进行优化,使结构自重减轻,减少结构沉降对地铁隧道产生的不利影响。通过布置软钢阻尼器并对结构抗震性能进行对比分析,研究结果表明:布置阻尼器的结构,构件截面得到明显优化,结构总重降低,满足设计要求,结构的承载力性能与未布置软钢阻尼,未进行构件截面优化的结构保持在相同水准,同时,阻尼器的布置使得结构软钢阻尼器可延迟主体结构进入弹塑性阶段,提高结构在罕遇地震下的抗震性能。

Design method and engineering application of the mild steel damper

Abstract:  The mild steel dampers are used more and more widely as excellent energy dissipation elements in the seismic design of modern structures. Based on the application and research status of the mild steel dampers, the engineering design method of the mild steel damper was acquired according to the equivalent linear analysis method. This method was applied in the design of a commercial plaza tower structure which is a 118.9m high frame-core tube structure. The structure is close to the subway tunnel. In the structure design, the section optimization should be taken to reduce the disadvantage to the subway tunnel on the premise of good structural and economic performance. In this structure, the mild steel dampers were used. The comparative analysis of the results showed that the structural member section have been significantly optimized and the total weight of the structure was reduced to meet the design requirements. The optimized structural performance was in the same level with the structure without damper and larger-section members. Meanwhile, the arrangement of mild steel damping could make the structure delayed into the elastic-plastic stage, improve the seismic performance of the structure under the rare earthquake.
