既有多层钢筋混凝土框架结构屋顶绿化对结构抗震性能影响分析

摘 要

[提要]以实施屋顶绿化的一个三层框架结构房屋和一个五层框架结构房屋为例,并结合其他二层和四层的工程实例,按照房屋总层数不同和增加的绿化荷载的大小,分别对结构进行了整体抗震性能分析。通过对增加绿化荷载前后结构周期、楼层地震剪力、框架柱轴压比以及框架柱和框架梁配筋的变化等比较分析,论证是否需对欲进行屋顶绿化的房屋进行结构整体的抗震验算。

Seismic behavior analysis of roof greening on existing multi-story reinforced

 concrete frame structure buildings

Abstract: The seismic behavior of roof greening on existing multi-story reinforced concrete frame structure buildings was analyzed, according to the different of stories and roof greening load: taking a three-storey and a five-storey building for Example, and combines the analysis results of a two-storey and a four-storey building. Comparative analysis the changes of pre-and post load increase by structural period, seismic shear of floor, axial compression ratio, reinforcement of frame column and frame beam, and demonstrates whether the seismic checking should be considered in roof greening process.
