[摘要]海口某拟建超高层剪力墙住宅高度137m,超过规范要求的B级适用高度,且工程位于8度半烈度区、场地土类别为Ⅲ类,结构抗震十分不利。基于SAUSAGE程序采用显式积分的方法,考虑结构几何和材料非线性,进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析,着重分析了剪力墙和连梁的损伤破坏程度,以检验结构在罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能。分析结果表明,结构主要墙体均未出现明显损坏,连梁塑性发展充分,结构抗震性能较好。

Elastic-plastic time-history analysis of ultra high-rise residential buildings in Haikou

Abstract: The height of an intended residential building in Haikou is up to 137m, which exceeds the maximum allowable height of grade B buildings in design code. In addition, the project locates in 8.5 degree seismic intensity area and the site category is group Ⅲ, which brings adverse effects on anti-seismic of the structure. Based on SAUSAGE program, explicit dynamic method was adopted and geometric and material nonlinearity were included in elastic-plastic time-history analysis in rare earthquake. Degree of damages in shear wall and coupling beams is mainly researched and studied to check the seismic performance of the building. The result shows that no obvious damage appears in shear wall, and full developments of plasticity in coupling beams, which suggest good seismic performance of the structure.
