某带转换层高层建筑结构抗震设计研究

[摘要]地震作用下带转换层的高层建筑结构受力复杂,容易形成薄弱层。本文针对某一带转换层的高层建筑结构采用合理的转换层结构布置,通过两种三维有限元程序进行整体对比分析及弹性时程分析、转换构件的应力有限元分析,并加强相关构件的构造措施;同时进行了静力弹塑性(Pushover)分析,通过性能点以及出铰情况,对其抗震性能进行分析,综合评价了该结构的抗震性能,找出了结构的薄弱部位,为工程师设计此类结构提供一定指导。

Seismic design research of high rise building structure with transfer story

Abstract:  Under the earthquake action, the high-rise building structure with transfer story is complex, which is easy to form a weak layer. For a certain area conversion layer of high-rise building structure with a reasonable conversion layer structure layout, through two kinds of three-dimensional finite element program overall comparative analysis and elastic time history analysis of the conversion component should be finite element analysis, and measures to strengthen the construction; at the same time the static elastic plastic analysis (Pushover), through performance as well as the hinge of the seismic performance analysis, comprehensive evaluation of the seismic performance of the structure, find out the weak part of the structure, provide a guide for engineers to design this kind of structure.
