[摘要]杭州平安金融中心为超限高层建筑,地上塔楼A、塔楼B、塔楼C均采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,其中塔楼A为B级高度。工程依靠性能化设计思想指导,根据超限情况,采用相应的结构抗震措施。采用多种软件对结构的地震响应进行对比计算,针对关键构件进行抗震性能目标验算,既满足了抗震安全性要求,又满足了建筑功能及结构经济性要求。

Seismic design of Hangzhou Ping′an Financial Center

Abstract: Hangzhou Ping′an Financial Center including Tower A, Tower B and Tower C adopt the frame-core wall structural system. Tower A exceeds the height requirements of level A of the code. The corresponding seismic measures were carried out according to out-of-code condition with the guideline of performance-based design. Seismic response was calculated and analyzed by some kinds of software and the seismic performance objectives of key components were checked. The measures fulfill the requirement of seismic safety, architectural function and economy.
