工程项目设计中的结构方案优化

[摘要]钢筋混凝土框架结构的抗侧移能力在各种常见的房屋建筑结构体系中是较弱的,且当建筑高度接近结构适用高度限值时,这种能力的不足尤为突出。使混凝土框架结构增加抗侧移刚度的方法有:增设少部分剪力墙使其成为框架-剪力墙结构或增设钢支撑成为钢支撑-框架结构。本文以一个实际工程为例,对比了采用有少墙框架-剪力墙结构和钢支撑-框架结构的结构方案差异。在符合抗震规范对结构体系的各项要求条件下,钢支撑-框架结构在抗震性能及经济适用等方面都具有一定的优越性。同时针对框架结构的抗侧移能力不足或框架-剪力墙结构过大的建筑高度范围总结了其他可用的结构体系,并分析了各种结构体系如何满足建筑要求、结构优缺点、适用范围等。最后针对目前建筑工程开发建设中结构方案设计优化存在的问题提出一些建议。

Structural scheme optimization of engineering projects design

Abstract: The lateral stiffness of frame structure is poor among varieties of common reinforced concrete structures. And it is especially poor when the height approaches the limit of frame structure. The lateral stiffness can increase by adding a small amount of shear wall or steel shotcrete to the concrete frame structure. The two structural schemes by a practical project were compared. It is showed that steel braced frame structure systems are superior in seismic performance and economic application, etc. In view of the poor lateral displacement capacity and wide range of building height of frame shear wall structure, this paper summed up other available structural systems, analyzed the merits and drawbacks, applicable scope, and how these systems meet the architectural requirements, etc. Finally, some suggestions were put forward in view of the problems existed in the optimization of structure system design in building projects.
