[摘要]成都某办公楼为48m大跨度连体结构,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,连体部分采用钢桁架体系。结合工程特点及超限情况,确定结构的性能化抗震性能目标,对整体结构进行性能化分析。计算结果表明:所选结构体系合理、安全、可靠,结构各项指标均能达到预定的抗震性能目标。

Structure analysis and design of one large-span cinjoined building in Chengdu

Abstract: One office building in Chengdu is a 48m large-span conjoined steel truss structure with frame-shear wall structure. Performance based seismic design objectives of the building were proposed with consideration of the project characteristics and out of code conditions. Performance based seismic design and comfort analysis was carried out on the overall structure and large span floor respectively. The calculation results show that the selected structural system is rational, safe and reliable, and all performances of the structure can achieve respected performance based seismic design objectives.
