[摘要]项目包含一栋高层写字楼和多层商业裙房,其中裙房底层入口处局部凹进,以上各楼层逐层外挑,形成26.7m×50.4m的挑空区。比较了桁架和拱两种形式的转换结构的优缺点,拱式转换结构受力良好,能更好地实现建筑方案。高层建筑的三个角部存在“切角”,“切角”尺寸逐层变化,最大7.5m,沿“切角”设置斜柱,分析了斜柱对结构的影响,提出了相应的加强措施。

Structural design of a shopping mall

Abstract: The project has a high rise office building and a multi-story skirt building. The skirt building,with the floor overhanging from the bottom one by one,has a void space of 26.7m by 50.4m. The advantages and disadvantages of trusses and arches as load-transfer member were discussed. The architecture plan can be better achieved using arch structure with good mechanical performance. The tall building is cut at three corners with the maximum size of 7.5m. Inclined columns are arranged along the cutting angle. The effect of the inclined column was discussed , and strengthen measures were proposed.
