郑州兴港大厦连体结构设计中的关键问题研究

[摘要]郑州兴港大厦为郑州航空港经济综合实验区新建办公、酒店、商业综合体项目,由两栋塔楼以及采用高位弱连接形式的连接体组成。在初步设计阶段,针对连体结构的特点,对几个结构关键问题进行了分析、设计与研究。对本工程连体结构采用弱连接连体结构体系的原因进行了说明。通过连体结构与单体结构的小震弹性时程对比分析得出,本工程连接体对两端主体结构的影响不大。对连体结构进行了罕遇地震作用下的边界非线性分析,为连体结构防震缝宽度的确定以及铅芯橡胶隔震支座的选择提供了依据。对大跨度连接体进行了人行荷载激励下的数值模拟,验算了连接体的竖向振动舒适度。

Research on key problems on the design of a connected structure of

Zhengzhou Xinggang mansion

Abstract: Zhengzhou Xinggang mansion is a new office, hotel and commercial complex project of Zhengzhou airport economic general experimentation area. The single body is composed of two towers and the connection body which adopts the high level and weak connection form. In the preliminary design stage, several key problems of the structure were analyzed, designed and studied according to the characteristics of the connected structure. The reasons for adopting the weak connection form in this project were introduced. Through the comparison of the elastic time history analysis of the single structure and the connected structure, it is indicated that the conector has little effect on the main structure of the two ends. The boundary nonlinear analysis of the connected structures under sevre earthquake is carried out, which provides a basis for determining the width of the joints and the selection of the lead rubber bearings. The numerical simulation of the large span connector was carried out under the walking load excitation, and the vertical vibration comfort of the connector was checked.
