［摘要］该酒店由防震缝分成主楼和左、右裙房三部分。主楼为21层框架-剪力墙结构，左、右裙房为3层框架结构，均设有1层地下室且地下室连为整体，桩筏基础。本文介绍了基础设计、结构体系布置、计算分析及设计难点等内容，为其他工程提供参考。

Structural design of Dahua Jinxiu Holiday Inn

Abstract: The building was divided into a main building, left annex and right annex by seismic joint. The main building is a 21-layer frame-shearwall structure, the two annexes are 3-layer frame structures, they are all over a large 1-layer basement with pile-raft foundation. Design of foundation and structure layout were presented, calculation index and some design difficulties were introduced.
